Tropical storm Andrea
 

Gets here in early hours tomorrow. Looking at 3 inches of rain with tropical downpours tomorrow afternoon. Winds don't look as strong as would expect later in the summer... But still postponing putting boat in until Saturday or even Sunday. Been catching from the beach so still able to scratch the itch.

yeah- any plans of river fishing are prolly done for the year with this......

sounds like a good test for the automatic bilge pumps...

The weater people say we need rain.... I say... not all at once..

In addition to the rain , updates now show it will still have sustained winds of 45 mph when it reaches us.

This thread made me thing of another Storm and The Andrea.
Google maps now has the view without the Andrea, The snackbar and the condo by Misquamicut are gone too, wondered about those places.

Hmm, now I don't know whetever I should be fishing on Saturday night or Sunday morning with this storm...

I was headed out but I'm changing plans. Already had 2 cups of dark roast so I'm gonna go and check the boat.

Yep allready up, heading out with the surf rod.

At least I won't be the only pudding head out there

I saw the weather and said NOPE! Not worth it tonight is another night, glad i slept in.
