The U.S. Coast Guard confirms they are responding to reports of a person in the water off the Wesport, Mass. coast.
The coast guard received a 9-1-1 call at about 5:30 a.m. Wednesday of reports of a person in the water at Gooseberry Neck.
Two coast guard boats were dispatched and the air station Cape Cod was launched an aircraft.

I hope the individual is ok. I know one guy that does do some free diving and skishing in that area. Hoping for the best
