I found this fuel consumption data for 27 grady white sailfish any one have real data they can share with me

not for that boat.... but for comparison sake, my 18' heavy center console with a 115 2 stroke merc ( carb motor) spinning a 13 1/4 X 18 pitch SS prop runs 6.2 GPH @ 3500 RPM @ 22 Knots... 7.6GPH @ 4K RPM and 26 knots... that's the range i run it in most... bring it up to 5200 RPM( full throttle for that motor) ... 32 knots s#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&g 12.5 GPH.... not alot of bang for the buck after 4000 RPM... this is all calculated through GPS with a fuel flow meter... and judging by the amount of fuel I burn when I refuel, it's pretty accurate ( above 2K rpm.. below that the meter does not read consistantly).. it confirms the old saying.. it doesnt take alot of HP to move a boat... it takes alot to move it fast...
