What's up for this HOT weekend?

Gotstah love these extra long wknds, in que for me is a mixed bag of stuff yard work,work on my truck,fix my rider mower,hit a beach in RI and of course some fishing.

Family gathering in VT. The wife and I are going to tent it for the first time in at least 10 years. Should be interesting. I hope it at least cools off a bit at night.

Vaca starts today. To the Cape on Monday. BBQ tomorrow and visit an old friend on Sunday. Hopefully lots of fishin too.

Had a great day out with the wife and boy today. Dunking the boat at 4:30 tomorrow and a BBQ with friends after that, til who knows when. Hitting the surf tomorrow night. Sunday we dunk it again, and Seekonk Speedway Sunday night for their demo and all the fun stuff that goes with it.....fireworks too.

staying in the A/C @ least 2 more days

5 to7# from Patience to Quonset on sand eels and rain bait. We could make some money at .90 a pound

floating on the lake all day, maybe throw some topwater at some point. then tomorrow.....PHISH with Back Beach in Saratoga!!! :uhuh:

Worked for about the last 24 hours. It was rough.

Today smoked a pork butt, making some BBQ shrimp and smoked corn on the cob tonight.

Tomorrow, coupla finishing touches on the honey do stuff. Should be picking up the boat from Dad Bomba in a few weeks, so making sure everything is ship shape around the house so I can neglect it for a few months (before I give the boat back).
