Ultrasonic anti-foul system
 

I recently came across a new boat that had one of these systems installed. The boat is brand new has no bottom paint at all. I was wondering...if this really works. I will keep an eye on the boat but doens anyone here have any real intel on these ?

I've never actually seen one, but from what I have read they really do work.

I wonder what it costs.

There is 30+ footer I saw at the marina that has a float system.
Not a CC either, full cabin and trip outboards.

No bottom paint and completely out of the water.

Which is cheaper? Which is more reliable?

Would be awesome to never worry about bottom paint and enjoy the
performance of a gelcoat bottom.

Guy two slips away from me in Montauk had a float system, worked well, but it had its share of troubles.
