Starting with gas and cigarettes.

Good to know this state knows how to run things (into the ground)!!

Then I read the headline in the Herald this morning :smash:
The state lottery is "worried" that a casino will chip away at their golden goose.

Of all the audacity! These lottery jack-holes aren't content to steal from the citizens (when yo stack the odds completely in your favor IT'S STEALING), they don't want anyone else to get a piece of thier pie.

To all the lottery hacks and whackos, why the hell weren't you speaking up befoere now? As much as I hate the idea of a casino in this state, let alone in my area, if the lottery was so "concerned" before now, they should have spoken up instead of pulling this last-minute lame-a$$ crap.

Frankly, I would be happy as hell if the lottery and all it encompasses would just dissappear from the face of this planet. It was a novel idea way back when, but now it's nothing more than a money taking organization that pays out a fraction of a fraction of what it takes from the public.
Oh, and let's not forget the lottery hacks that were stealing from the theives (T Cahill) to further their own personal wet dreams!

OK, time to get back to work, because with all the new fun taxes we have to pay, it's going to mean more work for less take home pay.

My wife smokes cigarettes, another buck+ a day for those. Perhaps she will quit...

I play the lottery regularly and will not often go to casinos so I hope they do not arrive soon as I would hate to see the more than 72% payback (best of all state lotteries) shrink. The lottery hacks and whackos have indeed spoken up before about the casinos slurping up part$ from thier pie.
