Hey, don't post stuff like that here, as the state may decide that they could do that here and make a real killing!
They wouldn't even have to be right, just charge people a fee for appealing a bogus ticket! (Not that they don't already have something similar already.)

Does anyone realize the maximum speed to be traveled through an intersection in Massachusetts is 20 m.p.h.? When is the last time anyone including me did less the 30 or 35 m.p.h. I'll go you one better, find an officer that even knows that.
