Had some Japanese cuisine today for lunch (instead of the same old chinese takeout).
Most opted for the similar chicken or shrimp tempura, but I wanted to try something I haven't had before so I went with Unagi (eel).

They included a variety of side "samplers" in their Bento Box lunches, and I fully enjoyed the meal. Got to love FRESH wasabi and pickled ginger!

I also got to practice with the chop-stiks again!

Now you know why stripers like them!
