some needles made from Ipe wood, reclaimed from the Coney Island Pier for a build down in Long Island....love the grain on this wood.

finally have my spray booth venting into an unused chimney in the basement....no more fumes for me!!

oh God, I have no idea....I don't even know what the heck I'm doing. I'm hoping to get a duplicator for Christmas so I can get some consistency. Hell, I don't even know what styles I'm making, just getting a feel for the lathe. lol. The only thing I am sure of is my painting. lol

get a tape/book on spindle turning and you will quickly be able to make any shape you want. Learning to use a skew helps, but is a bit intimidating at first (wear eye protection).
