Loading a plastic northbar bottle darter
 
I recently found a few sites that talk about doing this, but I am unable to find out the specifics of loading one. How much shot or water/oil would one put in one. I have a few and think it'd be good to do for the fall.

Once you fish the loaded ones you probably won't fish the regular ones anymore
