Talk to me about a Fire Pit
Does not have to be huge.
Something I can store when not in use. Elevated off the ground is plus but not necessary. |
1/2 barrel and a couple of Angle irons welded together.
|
Dig a hole, fill in when not in use...it's self storing :rotfl:

Check out Lowe's believe it or not, they have a ton of styles online, through a wide range of prices, depending on what you're looking for. I bought one there several years ago and its held up really well.

I made a cool, inexpensive one out of $40 worth of cement blocks......easy to move and store.

I just bought one at Home Depot for $89
The same one was $10 more at Lowe's This is just temporary till I build my outside fireplace Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device |
you can also go the Chiminea route as well.....I prefer a pit myself, but depending on Space that may fit the bill
|
Old washing machine spin tub. Just make sure you remove the rubber plug or the first fire you have will do it for you, with velocity.

That's how I started out Vic,it held up pretty good un till I started putting X Mass trees on it.
