Google maps
Typed my street address and zip code into google search. Up popped a map, with a photo. Clicked on photo and there was the house and property in very clear imagery. I was able to zoom in close enough to see inside windows! Played around with it to view house from neighbors' houses, street view. Kind of scary that these views are available to the internet, IMO. I'm not a paranoid type, but just question how much info/access is going too far? If you were standing in the street, you would need a pair of binoculars to get the clarity and detail the zoom feature gives the viewer on their laptop. Granted, these images were all taken from the street and blended together to provide the 360 views, but does anyone else think this goes a little bit too far? Try it on your house and see how you feel about it....

Know what you mean, kinda creepy... The camera cars haven't been by here in awhile, cuz I see vehicles in the driveway that are no longer around. I read just last week that some guy in Oregon got busted for having a medical herb garden that was larger than it was supposed to be... Cops found it thanks to a freshly updated google earth image...

a criminals easiest tool to figure out your vulnerabilities to break in |
on the other hand
Google Earth is quite fascinating in that
ordinary people are making new discoveries by painstakingly looking for abnormalities in the terrain and have found ancient civilizations. Pyramids spotted in Antarctica too :uhuh: |

the EXACT land mass outline beneath the ICE when there was no ice..... it was an aerial map |

actually ......our knowledge base is less than a thousand years old
there's mounting evidence that the earth has been inhabited for several thousand years by advanced civilizations .... before, and then were all wiped out and somewhere along this timeline someone was using nuclear weapons as there are chunks of fused glass all over the Iraq desert. |

can't say that I have Spence....
there are many Many oddities on our planet that just won't fit into our present knowledge base of recorded history as piecemeal as that is... having done much masonry work in my day the somewhat fused block walls of many thousand ton stones that you cannot even put a razor blade into the joint always remind me .....that much knowledge and history has been Lost. http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c6.../stonewall.png |

crazy stuff.
there are certainly things that science, nor reason, nor logic, will ever be able to explain... |
well I was trying to look along the LEY lines (energy grid lines around earth)
from Cheops pyramid thru Africa and continue that line into Antarctica and when you view the Cheops pyramid from above and realize it's vast size you shake your head in amazement and NOW they have discovered one that's 3 times bigger. |

source field meaning :point: Ley Lines? well the Earth is a Ball Magnet... with obvious lines of FORCE... there was a story i read about a sheep herder who decided to take a lofty position to observe his flock and went to lean against a standing stone that had allot of Quartz in it.... (quartz conducts electricity) and he got a wicked charge up his back from doing so turns out there was two underground rivers that converged right beneath that standing stone. |
read this (astounding)

Another intriguing case from the 19th century involves an object found in a block of coal in Austria called the Wolfsegg Iron. The coal that the curious round metallic object came from was dated to the middle Miocene period-- which means it was 10-12 millions years old, Cremo explained. Additionally in West Virginia in 1944, a bronze or brass bell was found in coal that was around 300 million years old, he continued. According to ancient Sanskrit texts, humans have existed on Earth for many millions of years, but there are devastation cycles at intervals of about every 300 million years, he noted |
