They forgot to mention LPMI where the lender pays it instead of you. Some lenders are offering it with no rate bumps with 5% down and a good credit score

Also FHA now carries it for the life of the loan. It can't be removed regardless of ltv. It's become a horrible product. Plus the upfront pmi added to the loan amount is 1.75% of the loan amount

Yes, we got memo about FHA which took effect either end of September or October.
