HDTV antennas
I wanted to hear it from any of you guys out there with HDTV antennas. I'm planning on dropping my Verizon services and going just with Amazon Instant and Comcast Internet. No Landline either.
How many channels do you get with the antennas? How is the picture quality? I've heard that you may need to try out a few different brands to see which one works best for your area. |
My Bro-in-Law made one out of 2x4's and Coat hangers....picks up all the local Broadcast channels with it....the thing looks seriously redneck though

Check out the do it yourself post's we discussed it there a while ago.

No such thing as an HDTV antenna...its a hoax to make you buy crap you don't need.
Any antenna with a coax cable will work.Very good friend of mine is using a a 70s era roof top antenna with a rotor and receives almost every broadcast station in New England and parts of New York in crystal clear HD. |
the day has arrived where the scales of BALANCE
have tipped far to the right of what used to be a fair trade.... for your money..... for tv shows the advertising is excessive to the point its ridiculous and you cannot enjoy a movie unless you can fast forward right thru tv adds... because you pre recorded it and then on top of the picture your watching is EVEN more advertising :point: moving ads for up coming shows or tv station emblems :point: that never go away Netflicks is looking better ....but you have to own a box to intercept their feed i aint shelling out 600 for a PS4 |
