RI Salt Water Fishing Licenses
 

The RI General Assembly has proposed a $18/yr charge for a RI Saltwater fishing license in the present proposed budget.

I believe there trying to get this passed for the July 1 budget.

"That's just silly". Gov Carcieri said "People here think of saltwater fishing as a birthright. How are you going to enforce something like this, with a flotilla patrolling up and down the Bay?" (This mornings Providence Sunday Journal)
