The Supreme (that's up for debate) Court is going to decide if young murderers that received life without parole should be given parole after all, since after their murder cobvictions they were sentenced to LWP, and the courts now feel (courts feel???:smash:) that that is cruel and inhuman punishment.

WTF????

At this pace I may get to see a country where crimes are rewarded by the courts because the criminals felt bad about not having my money, or their neighbor's wife or the little boy down the street!

Oh wait, doesn't Massachusetts do that already????
