Ok here is what I know. You can see the size of the 2 you are looking for. The blue one is the next size up at 6.5" long. You can see they use the same lip size for the 2. The little one, and it is very little, fresh water application I would guess uses a lip that looks to be a very small pikie style lip. The really small one used screw eyes and has a small belly weight the other one has no belly weight and was thru wired not screw eyes.

Happy to assist and lend the plugs out for dissection! That little GTS could be a cool freshwater plug but I have never spoken to anyone that actually fished one. I also have a couple bottle plugs in that size that I have been tempted to throw at the local smallmouth bass population.
