Lets not forget that the money generated from saltwater license fees is slated to go to the RI general fund.That in itself is reason enough to not be for it.No excuses.No wining.
Is $18 such a big deal?Yes it is.Why shouldn't you fisherman
contribute?I do,its called state taxes.
WE gotta fight this one folks...at all costs.
