so does that mean the fish go away?

MightyMouse 07-02-2003 05:26 PM

IF there's bait around, it may mean that my original plan for the south cape might not be so bad after all... hmmm... decisions decisions decisions:smash: i don't have a habbit of being good; I have a habbit of being lucky:happy:

capesams 07-02-2003 05:27 PM

no it just means that we'll have swells up to an between 4-8 feet with 4-6 foot waves on top of that an on top of the waves will be white caps.....perfect for a seacraft, it also means most boaters will stay home, giveing me more room to fish in:happy:

MightyMouse 07-02-2003 05:31 PM

Bah, I was afraid of that:(

capesams 07-02-2003 06:24 PM

give you a little hint...never read into a forcast more than 4-6 hours ahead,,,[boaters]...when they say 10-15 knt winds, you get two choices....either no wind at all or it will blow a steady 20 .//////15-20, it'll be steady 25......this is new england, just give it a min. it'll change again.

blackeye 07-02-2003 09:29 PM

time to get out the long distance gear. just got done loading a couple of swimmers and modified a 7" black mambo for darter duties

MightyMouse 07-03-2003 02:40 AM

Yeah, I was thinking lighter tackle, but it might be time for the big guns:eek: I dunno, with most of the equipment I have, I can't really call anything big:rolleyes:
