Good article on eating raw fish

I have always taken a lot of crap for not eating sushi or sashimi, especially when fresh caught tuna brought onboard.... Always said I would do it if in a life raft or worse. To each their own. Just have the information to make the choice.

i have found over the years
that you can generally divide people's preferences
when it comes to food
into 3 groups | taste| texture| looks|
so Sushi imo fails the texture requirement for me...
same as okra.... as slimy as an EEL - no friggan way
