Newport?

The better half has been invited to some wine thing in Newport on the 20th. Asked if I wanted to go to fish..... So my question is, what's going on in Newport? I know Doc is headed down there tomorrow, but my knowledge is limited to blow boats and bars from the 80s and 90s.
