Basically micro managed the crap out of my immediate manager and she resigned in june/july... just had another worker resign today...

Today she's being all "we're all caught up if you want take off early and get your weekends started..."

Its A TRAP!!! I know it!!! :wall::wall::wall::wall:

wow sounds like a bad environment you got going there...

so it is a game of chicken to see who bags out first?

You may want to start documenting what you and what she is doing "to" the company and not "for" the company.
This would be for your benefit, should she pull some crap on you.
Maybe she has/had ulterior motive and these actions are her way to "pave the way" for whatever she has planned.

Sometimes your "BS" meter starts ringing off the hook when these types of people get involved in your work life.

Just take care of you.....don't worry about her. If she's destined to go.....she'll go.
