Good read. Not surprising. Hagel might be the first SOD to step up for the boots on the ground. When so much information is needlessly available to the public, both friendly and unfriendly, via internet and media, one would think that the necessary intel would be passed down to those in theater and on the ground.....
Between this and him addressing the serious shortcomings of our nuclear arsenal and its maintenance..... I am actually supportive of an Obama appointment.
