Sink installation
 

My wife had been complaining for a while that her new bathroom sink wouldn't hold water. So I pull out the stopper, all clean. Check the adjustment and it seems to seal well.

Then realize, the jackass who installed it forgot to use sealant under the stainless bowl ring and the water was just running around the stopper :smash:

I don't think he was drinking. His finish work was actually really tight.

it's an old saying .....meaning he got to the bar earlier than the plumbers that installed the sink putty the "right" way

Maybe it should have been phrased as "Bet he had a hot supper that night!"
