Savings Bonds - What to do
With the way this country is going are savings bonds worth the investment any more?
The reason i am asking i have some that have matured from what i was younger and i am trying to decide what to do with that money. Seems the interest rate is dismal at 1.27% on a EE where as some of my others were at 5%. Thanks for any thoughts and feedback. |
There is a very high rate of return in this but also some high risk. I'd look into it if I were you http://www.nola.com/crime/index.ssf/..._shipping.html

Switzerland will be voting on whether or not to protect the countries wealth by investing in gold....LOTS of gold!
The proposal, if passed, would require the country to hold one fifth of its reserves in gold within the next five years. That would mean buting 1500 metric tons (1650 short tons) of gold worth more than $60 billion. I wonder how high gold would go if this does happen? Would whatever effect this has on gold also have an effect on silver as well? (last I checked gold was $1,204.00 and silver was $16.41) |

materials that conduct electricity for electronics
are in this order of conductivity 1.)copper 2.)silver 3.)gold (thought to be the best) 4.)Graphene :point: top gun there is NO current lost with graphene 100 % gets thru and very fast plus you can modify it indefinitely when sandwiched between layers of Photovoltaics it will revolutionize just about everything |
Yeah, but what about when the space ships arrive and all the electronics are fried from an EMP then what? Hmmmmm? Then what?
