The Saltwater Fishing Expo (Somerset, N.J.)
 

The Saltwater Fishing Expo in Somerset is March 20-22.

I have never been to it and was wondering if anyone has gone and what they thought of the expo.

I was planning on going down to TackleDirect in Egg Harbor soon anyway to scout out and possibly pick up some new rod/reels for the new boat and other needed gear and since this expo is 80% of the way there I thought I'd kill two ..... fish with one stone. But would like to know if anyone has ever gone and their thoughts. I could not find a listing of expected vendors so it is hard for me to judge ...

FYI.... as far as the new trolling reels I inquired about in an earlier post I think I have it limited down to 4 reels which I will be checking either at the Expo and/or Tackledirect in N.J.

Tackledirect has been running bogo promotions on the marquesas.
I've got 5 of them and they've been very good.

The Somerset show is a monster - lots to see.
