I saw a guy launch at Pier5 in Narragansett today in one of those 2 seat plastic (freshwater) bass boats. Electric trolling motor - no registration, no radio, no lights, no anchor, no oars, no clue. They did have life jackets, but neither him or his 8 yr old son were wearing them. Like someone said before - its natural selection at work......... And the forecast was possible thunderstorms in the afternoon.

the number of boats i've seen towed in lately by seatow/towboatus is extraordinary
never seen this many idiots on the water before... |
Anyone ever heard/use the nicknames:
Rodney's Happy's (sad when the disaster occurs) ? :laughs: |
