More taxes on inaction coming?
When the Supreme Court gave the Federal Government, contrary to all intents and limitations of our constitutional foundation, the power to tax an individuals inaction, not buying insurance, the Court must also have understood that this would be precedent for the government to tax other forms of inaction--to tax not only all action, but all inaction. That is, the total ability to tax everybody's existence.
Is this the next "freedom" to be eliminated by the precedent? http://www.cnn.com/2015/03/19/politi...ing/index.html |
