Saw a few in wareham...pretty soon. On a side note the osprey have come back in force to the wareham/ onset area. Quite a few nests....nice to see they're awesome hunters

Tastes like chicken....

mixed with horse dung & rotten rancid fish. Good though, just add lots of hot sauce.

I saw a few at the mashpee run , the Indians were scooping them up quickly.

Spence said there are herring at Nonquit in Tiverton. At least, it was in Tiverton last time I checked although RI Rockhound will, undoubtedly disagree with me. ;)

onsetangler 04-06-2015 11:26 AM

Nothing but 2 dead Canadian Geese at the Nemasket run the other day

herring

@Middleborough, just trickling through

johnny ducketts 04-13-2015 03:36 AM

Saw a bunch in middleboro yesterday, at the herring run festival.. The only thing that sucked were the crowds of people at the run, kids wading in, and people trying to scoop and pick the herring up by hand.

I saw that yesterday too. I felt embarrassed for the fathers leaning over trying to grab one . We pulled in but it was such a #^&#^&#^&#^& show we didn't even stop

I went but gave up on the crowds and never ended up there. Beautiful day though.
