Been basicly bed bound for 2 days coughing up bloody lung cookies and blowing ectoslyme out my nose.
Being sick S U C K S !!!!!!!! |
Bloody lung cookies, thats pretty funny. Hope you feel better did you get antibiotics for it?
|
Since this is a virus, antibiotics are useless. I've been drinking Thomas tew rum, lime juice and honey and it helps a little.

Mucinex DM helps break up the ectoslyme! After the battle, 1st time in years I have had a clear nasal passage!
|
All I think of when I hear the word Muscinex is that annoying French bee.

i have a secret Raven Recipe for that....
it starts with slippery elm bark (indian's used to live off this stuff) you can buy them at many stores -the brand name is "thayers" so it's slippery elm throat lozenge's by thayers you can take these (chewable) or use slippery elm powder you buy at a health food store that has bulk herbs in big jars and you make a tea with it that turns as red as red wine... you do this in a cooking pan so you can later "decanter" just the red liquid off the top and then i'll still use a "coffee filter" to strain out the mucilaginous portion of it .... what these lozenges and tea does is to quiet the cough and it makes you pass out the phlegm out the South END of ya. no more hacking up a lungey --- i also use muscinex when i am having some problems breathing...like with the air valve getting compromised with clear phlegm .... but slippery elm! rolls it up (cookies)detaches it from your mucous membrane walls and away it goes down the poop shoot...bye bye ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- i've had ZERO colds this winter season.... amazingly so... and the way i accomplished this is by eating one NAVAL orange per day "making sure" to eat the white material between the sections which is pure BIOFLAVINOIDS and that makes your Vitamin C intake ..........work more effectively. that and taking my tried and true echinacea herb blend with goldenseal http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c6...b1/nocolds.png |
the Best....

Our house has been ravaged for the past week with the blow- out-both-ends-simultaneously stomach bug..... I am the last one... Started at 1:15 this morning. I am not a happy camper. Tried to fight it for the past few days but have given into the dark side. Total System clean out in progress. Feel and sounds like an alien is gonna pop out of my stomach
