? about new reel

I'm looking into the Penn 320 series reels and was wondering if you think that they are worth the money. I hope to use it with a 7' boat rod, trolling, maybe some bottom fishing, or deeper water. Does this reel do what I need it to?

Please help, I'd like to use my new rod and reel tomorrow.

I use a Penn 321GTI for bottom fishing with eels with great results....The level wind is helpful. I have used it for two years now.;)

So do you think that the 320GT2 will be sufficient? I hope so, well even if it isn't exactly what I'm expecting, I could always bring it back, right?

I bought 2 320 LD (lever drags) this spring and haved used them a lot from everthing from bass to fluke. I have it loaded with 50# powerpro. I have only rinsed them off now and then and they are holding up nicely. The drag is very smooth and I have really put the boots to it a couple times with no problem. I lkie ghe LD feature it is great for kids and it has a level wind as well. .I think the only disadvantage is it is a little heavy. But it is a solid.

IMO they are worth the $.
