I have been studying Black Talon Lures paint jobs, the swirling effect he does specifically. I am sure others here have looked at his workbas well. So how does he get his finished look, do you think. Is he crackling small areas on the plug, or is his painting over water dampened areas? What say you?

Maybe post a picture of the lure or paint effect and maybe we can figure it out or maybe he can chime in :)
