Lamiglas xs1061pp
 

Hi.
Im looking to buy a lighter spinning rod to throw 1 1/2 to 2oz pencils. I'd like to use 15lb test on it. (Schoolie Rod). I found a Lamiglas xs1061pp 10 1/2' rated 1-4 oz that might do the job. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.
My current Schoolie rod is a Loomis sur1264 10 1/2' rated 1/2-3oz. Its a nice rod and it throws 1 1/2oz pencils just fine. but There are days when I feel out gunned. Would like a little more beef.
