archers

Now is an excellent time to get in them bow shops and check out the new goods. It won't be long, crowds will come.

Anybody buying a new bow this year?? Serveral companys now make the cam and 1/2. I drew a hoyt cam 1/2 ((sweet)) to say the least, as smooth as a two cam doesn't need timeing ect. I like the Matthews Q2 too . I'll still be huntin with a 97' PSE Thunder Bolt (two cam) still have confidence in it but technology has jumped considerably in six years. I can't buy a new bow this year :(

All your (and Mikes) slinging arrow talk takes me back to the good ole days. One day if I should get motivated I may have to get another bow.
I whacked my 1st deer with a bow the first year I went hunting. Used to go to 3D shoots. Lota fun. What I liked even more was the black powder shoots.
Keep your powder dry

Any new (hunting) hardware suggestions would be welcome. Gonna give the rifle a break this season.
