St John Coffee Stout
1 Attachment(s)
Anyone have this? Wife brought back a few bottles from St John USVI today and I laughed when I read it's made in Maine :1poke:
9% looks pretty good. They say it's distributed in New England but I've never seen it. |
It is decent. Had it down there last summer. Not really a summer beer though. Real question is why didn't you go too? Place is ridiculous.

Heck of a good gift

Decent beer but not outstanding. Nice balance of flavors. Drinkable for a big beer. Would like more viscosity though and longer lasting depth of flavor.
Worth a try but I don't know how far I'd go to get it. |
What you are saying is you found the mouth feel lacking...

Yes, one of the hallmarks of a great beer.
Not sure who brews it, their website mentioned they used Shipyard in the past. |
Definitely isn't cistern or desalination water from the island. That would be nasty.
|
Nothing says island life like coffee stout.
