JohnR, missed you at the MSBA Outing today. Missed a few other people too. Fisherwoman, Baitcaster, missed you both also. Everyone had a real great time. Beautiful day, good food, great people, we just had a blast. Sorry you all could not make it, just wanted to let you know that you were missed. So how many fish did you catch?:uhuh:

Yeh well I was out fishing last night and forgot all about it - wanted to do the distance casting too...

The winner was using a ambassador w/ 12' graphite..

300 feet +.....

I think my 7 with a PENN spinner went 150'...

just can't seem to get it any farther out??
that's just with the lead sitting behind me on the ground before letting go.......any hints out there to throw better??

man, i wished that i could go and win a raffle. so i could save a couple of hundred bucks.
