Diagnosis Diabetes

I cured it! (for me)

The state of Maine, Vermont,
New Hampshire all requiring you to get
a medical evaluation before granting you a license.

they want to make SURE you won't black OUT
behind the wheel is ALL.

JohnR 01-13-2016 10:24 AM

J/K - WTHeck are you talking about??

Raven 01-13-2016 02:32 PM

yes ...it is that simple

I am no longer required to take medication for type 2

Raider Ronnie 01-13-2016 03:44 PM

This is good reading for anyone here with young kids to show them what can happen to them if they choose a life of doing drugs.

I don't think it's cured....just in check.

Raven 01-13-2016 04:41 PM

yes quite correct TDF
Vermont, NH, and Maine
new rules for obtaining a driver's licence
to get eval'd when on certain meds

(they don't want you blacking out behind the wheel)
I am no longer required to take
the medicine metformin so restriction is waived
and that was my goal.

Raven 01-20-2016 10:34 AM

i am now replacing metformin with grape seed extract
that does the same thing....

rather than be re examined every 4 years

Grape seed proanthocyanidins and metformin act by different mechanisms to promote insulin signaling
in rats fed high calorie diet," Indian researchers discovered that both substances reduced elevated blood glucose

my diabetic (pins and Needles ie pain)nerve pain in my feet has since vanished Nebe

and as always i recommend dietary changes ONLY....

but on the other hand i feel everyone to a degree has to be their own Doctor from the standpoint of being the Only one who can "FEEL"
what's happening in their own Body.

Nebe 01-20-2016 07:51 PM

i have seen other people do not so well when they take cinnamon...

Raven 01-21-2016 07:34 AM

she lasted about 2.5 seconds NEBE -lol

long enough for me to notice she was using common cinnamon
that is used in Baking

Ceylon Cinnamon is a superior quality and more effective

Nebe 01-21-2016 08:10 AM

So, you take all 4 three times a day? Could you please explain in what doses?

PRBuzz 01-21-2016 07:27 PM

But metformin can make you live forever!

I eat a handful of dried cranberries as a snack twice a day
i drink some cranberry juice daily
i have cranberry jelly with most hot meals
i purchased some cranberry concentrate pills that
i take once a day
and i take 1 1000 mg CEYLON Cinnamon pill
twice a day....

this put my blood sugar "in check"
back to where it should be :sspam:

Thanks raven...I want off the metformin myself. I was diagnosed last year after they found my trygliceride level was 12 times the norm (over 3800). They had me on glipizide also, which I no longer need to take after changing my diet and dropping 60 pounds. I need to get off the metformin so I can apply the appropriate amount of liquid aim to my dart game without the extra liver damage due to the combination of metformin and alcohol.
I will try this myself now that I know what to do.
Thank you also ODmike for reminding me about this thread.
