Cool. Can I see it. Talking about more insane money, property, in Osterville
Yesterday I drove by that house in North Bay that i harvested all the bluestone for my patio for cheap. It is no longer there. Clean slate. 8 mill for a tear down, crazy, and 20 mill for the new palace for a California couple I heard. Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device |
wow
boggles the mind doesn't it I guess it is all about the location to some at any cost. |
wow that place is insane. The attention to detail is unbelievable no wonder it took so long to finish. There are 2 other spectacular houses on that property too. 3 total. The grounds are as nice as the house too. I heard it was up for sale soon after it was built. 22 million I think. Not sure if it sold or what happened. Heard the guy did interiors for airplanes.

Boeing I didn't know it was for sale can you imagine waking up there and walk out, launch your skiff and catch albies in minutes? |

And Bruce its more like, wake up have your personal chef cook you something, have your personal boat captain launch and turn on the boat, climb in and wait till he puts you on some albies ha |
No. This one is on Seaview Ave. Koch's I am sure is just as spectacular

8 mill for a teardown is mind boggling indeed. I think Jack Immult (CEO of GE) is ONLY spending that much on a condo on Comm Ave in Boston.
