I'm still giving that some thought, as I'm still trying to put together a company sale and consulting short term, which might make my decision short term as well; might even rent for a year.

Nice place, the landscaping is gorgeous!

Just call me the fishing gardner:), actually if the business deals fall through I'll be starting up a landscape company. I love working in the dirt, 2nd best to feeling the salt spray in my face.

Hey Mike, will they take an IOU, hard to make an offer without much action on this end. A ton has gone on the market lately up here, everywhere you look a new sign is out on the lawn, so I might have to lower my expectations:(.

I've been busy with my mom and dad, it's a never ending battle, plus some serious job hunting this week. Headed to Maine today, with my old fishing partner, who I rarely get to fish with anymore. We are hunting smallies and pike, with plans to drink copious amounts of beer at the days end.
