Good Karma Freak fishing tomorrow with Bombaliscious, HLSGrunt, and The Kid!

Getting rid of The Kid for 2 weeks on Sunday :bounce:

So what's up for the weekend??

Maybe some kayaking either or both days, but tonight and tomorrow night there are 2 NCW wrestling shows. Tonight is at the Elks Lodge in Norwood. tomorrow is at Jacob Jones VFW in Dedham. They are having what they call the "Ring of Thrones" tournament. singles matches and tag team matches.
But these are at night, so the days will be filled with either fishing, yard work or some other chores.

I get myself driven around first by HLS, then the Freak, then HLS again. For somebody whose been used to being the driver for the past three weeks, this will be a nice change. I plan to treat said pilots well for the services.

Looking at the cuts on my fingers, I also realized today that I have played the role of first mate for the last three weeks, as well. Bradley, I plan to treat you well for your services, too.

Weather's looking good, crew looks good, and I get to hang out with John, Mike, Bradley, Kyle, Ray, and the Kid for the day. Sounds like fun to me.

See you guys at 4:30 or so.

Jay, I'll be on the water all week. Plan on heading down the Bay as the bass start to drop down. I'll watch for ya.

Did the wrestling shows both nights, had a blast!
Did some yard work before it got too hot, and did a little "carping".
Did manage another beast of a carp. I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't the same 20 #er I got back in May.

Always nice to see such a beautiful fish come from what is considered "dirty water" (Charles River).

Well.. how'd it go???

Fishing Westport in am, then mix of golf, beach and beer drinking over the weekend.

18 holes at Poquoy Brook shot 96 and did not lose a ball. Not bad for not swinging the sticks for a long time. Some ugly shoots but some good ones too. I was happy.

A couple of holiday cookouts; Becky Chase concert in Jamestown; keep the dog calm as the neighborhood pyromaniacs go crazy.
