Pinned by predators. Blues? What a mess to clean.

That ought to smell wonderful on a hot afternoon

Was in Booth Bay harbor some years ago.
Same thing.
Bluefish pinned them in, lack of oxygen, dead pogies everywhere in the harbor.
I'm thinking tourist season suffered because of the stink :-p

happened in all the local rivers in CT 2 or 3 years ago..... dead bunker floating up and down the creeks with the changing tides. smelled great(!)

didn't seem to have any affect on fishing oitherwise
