Question 4
I must not be paying attention, as I just learned that Mass is voting on the Legilazation of marijuana.
That's pretty cool. I'm not a smoker (believe it or not) but I'm all for it. I want to see hemp farms everywhere. Save the trees ! Last time I was in Colorado, you could smell weed growing everywhere. |
What sort of field sobriety test will they have to administer for stoners?
Will they have them open a can of Pringles and eat just one? At this point why not just legalize all drugs and screw the world? If this were to pass I can only imagine the problems they all the sober people will have to deal with! |
Good points.
All is going very well in Colorado and the tax income has been awesome. Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device |

Seem's Ma if approved would tax it at a much lower rate reducing revenue and limiting regulation .. like casinos they are not producing for the state investors thats another story I heard on the radio like 90% profit would go to the pot industry if passed |
The way I see it, weed is far less destructive to people than alcohol. It should be taxed more though.

Last I heard it's the sloppy drunk who beats his wife. Not the gentle stoner. :hihi:

The only tangible differences between an alcoholic and a stoner are the general temperament when they imbibe and what organs will get destroyed over time. Beyond that there are many similarities. They can both be "functioning" members of society, they both see the other as a "waste of time", they both reek, they both become incoherent when "lit-up", they both will "beg, borrow or steal" to get their next "dose". There are more, but I think it stresses the point. Basically, when they focus on the money aspect, be it revenue from sales or income tax, they are avoiding the problems because they don't want to address them until AFTER a law is passed! |
I agree with that.
One last thought. Legal weed could really help those with opiod addiction. *could* is the key word. Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device |
