Split rings and storage

Hope the Fall run is being nice to everyone!

I have some Kastmasters that of course don't have split rings attached to them, yet I use TA clips and it is a nightmare putting them on and off.
I have 3/4 oz, 1 oz, 1.5 oz, and a 4 oz. What would be good rings for these guys so it won't kill their action?

Also, I definitely have too many plugs that aren't in their packaging anymore, what do you guys use to store excessive amounts of plugs without all the hooks getting tangled without buying numerous tackle boxes or surf bags?

Tight lines!

Vinyl gutter downspout cut to length and put in a milk crate or plastic tote for cheap storage or use central vacuum pvc pipe which is smaller and reduces hook tangles if you prefer. I don't have the smaller cast masters so I can't help there.

I wouldn't use split rings on any metals/tins with a clip

I use plaino boxes for my out of package plugs

Plano boxes. Check out home depot closet storage section they have some good sizes

Zeal,

here is a thread where I show a plug cabinet I built a couple springs ago.

It is awesome. After an outing the lures hosed down then get
dumped on the drying screen in front of the cabinet. Next outing
they go back into the plug bag or get put away. Every plug at
your fingertips.....no hunting or forgetting about plugs that might be useful.

I looked up central vacuum pipe and that stuff is extremely expensive! Are there any cheaper small diameter tubes like that?

Shampoo bottles and tennis ball containers.

DZ beat me to it - milk crate and tennis ball containers. Fortunately, my wife plays tennis, and balls are discarded after use. Check out any nearby racquet club.

Second the tennis ball tubes.
Punch a few small holes in the bottom and wash the plugs down in the tube.
