St Croix blank ?

The red SC111 model, 10' 1 -4 oz. Anyone know if it's 2 unequal pieces? I'm looking to build one for mostly sand fishing plugs. Mag darters to 3oz tins.

Likely the same as the built avid? It's a 70/30 split.
