Last Swan Song
 

Fished out of my sons canoe yesterday, which with a bad lower back wasn't all that fun, but it was nice to get out for one last swan song freshwater outing. Saw only one more fish than swans, a couple small pickeral and bass for both of us, which was sort of a surprise, I thought we'd have a better bite. Reels are pulled and I think all I have left to explore is a winter hold over spot I'd like to fish later in the month to see if anything is going to hang in to play with all winter.

LMK I saw were Dennis & I were doing good on the holdovers there 5 & 6 years ago by the 10th of this month ..........................lot of fun with descent size schoolies today ..........................yep dressed just right ..... sneakers & a Cap :happy::happy:

Nah,, rowing is good exercise plus it was either that or rake leaves. :cool::cool:
