Chelem Mexico Fishing/vacation?'s
 

Anyone ever fish around that area of Mexico?

From what I can see it's snook, tarpon, grouper, lots of flats types fishing and lots of bait fishing

I have all that stuff covered, guessing it would similar to fishing in southern Florida, soft plastics, top waters, jigs, etc

Might have an opportunity to go and if so I'll be packing rods and gear.

Any ideas/info would be great

That will be very cool. Never been there but want to fish Mexico, particularly for Roosters

Yeah from what I read no roosters in that area

But a free place to stay so I'll make the most of it
