Here we go....Winter meetings and Dembroski has already added Chis Sales and Mitch Moreland!

Dombrowski builds strong pitching staffs. Pitching is his top priority. As long as he is your GM, the Red Sox will have one of the best starting pitching rotations. A good percentage of his top drafts are pitchers, usually hard throwers, but will acquire good finesse pitchers.

And he isn't shy about giving up very good prospects to get good established players--especialy pitchers.

They also picked up Tyler Thornburg for the bullpen yesterday. That one cost us Travis Shaw. but Shaw wasn't exactly tearing it up later in the season.
