Fort Lauderddale charter

MA. Maritime ship docks at Fort Lauderdale late this come week and my son and some friends are looking for a charter suggestion and species to target now.
They tried this weekend in St. Thomas but struck out finding a boat.
They want a 6pack not a party boat.

There a bunch of boats that launch from just south of Bahia Mar that fit that description.
