We already have it going up to the dunes with ease here. Locals haven't seen one this bad in a long time. It's just staying offshore for now but it is definitely tropical conditions on the water.

PaulS 09-20-2017 12:45 PM

Any idea if the ditch will be fishable?

A long time being Sandy? This is not a monster of a storm by any stretch.

watched a guy hammering fish from his boat yesterday and watched a school of albies shredding bait not far from there...fish are gorging in sheltered locations

Nebe 09-21-2017 06:29 AM

Guppy and I were going to go out today in My boat from Tiverton but I didn't have a warm an fuzzy feeling about the ramp .and the wave action .near it and chose not to try . drove down at 8am the fish were there in the mooring field .. would have been impossible to drive and fight a fish hopefully Monday

I still have eyes and ears on the ground there. It's weeded and the water is stained. It'll take several cycles of tides after this crap lays down to clean out.

ugh, up visiting a friend for the weekend. given the weather the canal was looking like our only option to fish... since the boat isn't going to be going anywhere in these conditions.

I hope it clears up!

A boat moored just north of me dragged down on another boat last night. Thank god my boat wasn't the "victim"
