What do yo mean?

Are these beers rated World Cup / Class? Trying to figure out how they are classed.

And are these better than what we find locally? Treehouse / Singlecut / Trillium etc...

All kinds of categories but no "NE IPA" category yet. Just some interesting beers, mostly not hoppy.
